A few guidelines about our booking process

  • Payment in full is required for all bookings arriving within 1 month.
  • For arrivals further into the future a deposit is requested by email and the balance is payable 4-6 weeks before arrival depending on the season. Interim payments (payments by installments) are also be requested for Easter, Summer School holiday and reservations with arrival dates 6 months into the future.
  • A damage deposit (bond) and completed bond form is required for all bookings, Beachcomber $500.00.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank deposit or by cheque.  For arrivals within 24 hours only, payment is available by credit card (our bank’s anti-fraud guidelines).
  • Payments made on Easter and Summer School holiday reservations are generally non refundable, we recommend that you choose carefully and travel insurance should be considered.  If you have compelling reasons to cancel please discuss this with us.
  • Reservations can be re-scheduled or cancelled up to 4 weeks before arrival, subject to the conditions below: (does not include Easter and Summer School holidays).
  • We have reluctantly introduced a fee where a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, an administrative fee of up to 10% of the total value of the booking applies.
  • COVID-19.  If Government pandemic regulations prevent travel within South Australia for your holiday dates the booking can be rescheduled or refunded at the guest’s discretion (administrative fee applies).
  • COVID-19. For guests who reside outside of South Australia we do not recommend booking further than 1 month prior to arrival.  If Government pandemic regulations prevent your entry into South Australia to take up your reservation a refund may apply for the dates we can rebook to other guests (administrative fee applies).
  • We are a family business and we are always available to discuss your reservation. Please feel welcome to contact us should you have questions or need to reschedule or cancel your booking so that we can discuss your situation.
